This swimsuit is designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 10-15ml (2-3 regular tampons). Wear them on their own or as a backup - once you know your flow.

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

Fabric is so silky smooth and d the design is great for my 13yr old daughter. Not showing too much skin and interesting strap design so has some character. So great my daughter can go in the water with confidence.

I ordered a bathingsuit and some tween/tween underwear to have on hand at Grandma's house. The parcel arrived in great condition and the items look well made, cute, and just what I wish I had when I was learning to handle my period. I will wait and see what sizes are needed in the future. Too late for me, but my grandaugthers will not be so unprepared and worried about accidents each month.
I purchased the black swimwear for my 11yo daughter. The fit was amazing and it is a nice looking swimwear that is comfortable and gives my daughter coverage and confidence.

Sizing guide is off. My daughter is a women’s size 4 ( some times and then that’s to big) or a kids size 12 so I ordered the equivalent of a women’s size 6 as per the size guide ( child size 10 it said ) to be sure and it’s still way to small for her. So I now have to return it and she missed swimming over Xmas as it did t fit .
