Suitable for light flow, not sure I trust it for a whole day in the water for anymore than that. The fabric feels luxurious, but the fit is on the larger side. To help you compare, she usually wears a size 12/ ladies 6, the occasional girls size 14. I bought the size 12-14 suit and I feel once wet the suit needs to fit more snuggly on her. The strap detail is super cute. My daughter wore this for a club swimming night and it was comfortable to race in. If between sizes I recommend sizing down, you need this suit to be snug. The pad is visible once the suit is wet, not horribly so, and I think a lot of people wouldn't notice, but those who know what the suit is would be able to see it. If you are on a budget and need a suit for light days / only a few hours on a moderate day, this suit will tick the box. If you need something for a heavier flow or for all day, I would look elsewhere. Overall, my daughter is happy with the suit and it gave her the confidence to swim twice during her first period.

I bought this for my nearly 13yr old daughter who is quite tall and it fit perfect. She is usually a girls size 12/14.

I bought the size 14-16 for my daughter. It is nice but a little snug. She is almost 14yrs old.

My 13 year old daughter loves these for swimming & nippers, it’s our second pair. She is petite and these fit her well with good bum coverage.

We needed these swimmers mid holiday, and ordered them express post to our hotel. Delivery was quick and our girl was able to continue swimming!! She loves them. They seem to be great quality - hopefully that lasts.

These swimmers were bought at the last minute in order to enjoy a swimming holiday... they were amazing. Its a really beautiful, classic design that is very flattering. Sizing was spot on and no leaking. My daughter could swim confidently and enjoy her holiday without worrying. We are stoked!

Fabric is so silky smooth and d the design is great for my 13yr old daughter. Not showing too much skin and interesting strap design so has some character. So great my daughter can go in the water with confidence.

I ordered a bathingsuit and some tween/tween underwear to have on hand at Grandma's house. The parcel arrived in great condition and the items look well made, cute, and just what I wish I had when I was learning to handle my period. I will wait and see what sizes are needed in the future. Too late for me, but my grandaugthers will not be so unprepared and worried about accidents each month.

Perfect for a tween to not have swim training interrupted. Our daughter has just started getting her period and was thrilled to know she doesn't have to stop swimming. The colour is stunning and the one piece is made from high quality materials.

These swimmers fit really well. My daughter is anywhere between a size 14/16 girls and 6/8 women's. This style in the tweens has a little bit of room in the straps, but not gaping and they will give her confidence in the pool.
