We have been very disappointed by the cut of the shorties - they are not shorts like advertised and are more like briefs. They are significantly higher cut than the picture suggests and compared to other brands shorties/boyshorts (see pic of them on top of another brand).
My daughter also found them to be very tight around her groin/leg. She is size 12 and we bought several pairs of the size 12-14.
We have also been really disappointed with the response by the customer service team.
I would not buy any of their products again as I feel that the descriptions are not accurate and there is no refund option on unused pairs.

MATERIAL VERY NICE and coverage very good
I ordered these for my tween daughter. I had bought some of the regular period undies for my other daughter so ordered these in the same size in the shorties. I didn’t realise these size are kids sizes so are far too small for her. I wasted quite a bit of money as they can’t be returned. I just wanted to save someone else by letting you know that these are seriously small sizes!

We're so sorry to hear that the sizing wasn’t quite right with your recent order. Our Tween Shorties are part of our Kids/Tween range, which does have a different size scale to our regular adult styles, but we completely understand how this could be confusing, especially if you've ordered adult sizes previously.

Overall the product is very comfortable and very good quality will definitely be buying them again.
My 13 yo daughter finds them comfortable and has decided to wear them all the time, just in case. They are cut higher than standard boy short underpants though. However, she hasn’t mentioned this to me.
My 11year old daughter loves them, she finds them super comfy to wear to bed. I love them, they have saved me so much money as she was going through so many pads due to being young starting and feeling yucky with pads. It was the best decision to try them out. She has so much confidence do continue with her day.
My 13yr old daughter loves having to not worry about wearing uncomfortable pads and how discreet and comfortable these period shorties are. They are what I got for her from when she first started her period to make it an easier adjustment for her.
They are also so easy to wash and reuse time after time, they are so well made that I’ve only had to replace hers due to her outgrowing the initial pairs I brought. Well done on an amazing, discreet and quality product.
