Don't know your size? No stress! We have this handy size chart to help you find the perfect size so you feel confident and comfortable in your Love Luna Briefs. Catering in sizes from size 6 to size 28 (new, extended sizing!).

We strive to align our garments sizing with all other similar products. For example, whatever size underwear you normally wear, we would recommend you buy the same size in our period underwear. If you are unsure what size you (or your child) are, we recommend you measure around your waist (smallest part, usually at the belly button) and around hips (largest part) and use those measurements (in cms) to compare to our size guide.

FIRST by Love Luna Size Guide (Junior Sizes)

For example, if your child’s waist is 60cm, they would roughly fit into the FIRST Australian size 8-10, UK size 10-11, USA size 8.

If the child is larger than size AUS size 14-16, we recommend going into our women’s range.
The next size up from AUS Youth 14-16 would be the Women’s AUS size 10-12.

From period days to everyday in between, Love Luna's Period Midi Briefs have got you covered. Designed to sit a little higher on the waist & a little lower on the legs for a snug fit, these breathable cotton briefs are the perfect everyday option.

Our model is 176cm (5’7”) tall with a 88cm (35”) bust, 66cm (26”) waist and 102cm (40”) hips.

Care Instructions

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).

Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

Yes! You can wash with other clothes, just make sure you've rinsed until the water runs clear then we recommend you pop your briefs into a delicates washbag.

Yes, never tumble dry as it could affect the leak-proof technology. Plus did you know the sun is good for your luna briefs?

If you follow all care instructions, during and after you use them, they will last for approximately 50 washes. We recommend 7 to 10 briefs to cover your full cycle, check out our bundles.
