This swim brief is designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 10-15ml (2-3 regular tampons).

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

Four absorbent layers of protection in the gusset work to trap and absorb your period so it does not leak in the water. The layers in our swim range work to trap and absorb blood while in the water.
Once in the laundry with detergent, the blood is released through the top layer.
